During spring 2010, a new Strategic Plan was developed by stakeholders to include members of the Board of Trustees, the Administrative Team, staff, parents, and service providers throughout Colorado.  The Board of Trustees approved the Strategic Plan at their meeting in June 2010.

The Strategic Plan identifies a vision, goal, action steps, and data-based outcomes for each of the four areas of focus:  Early Education, Academics, Employability, and Outreach.  Work groups for each of these focus areas continue to meet on a regular basis, and the Strategic Plan is updated annually.

Progress to date toward each data-based outcome is noted in red within the Strategic Plan document.
