Rules of Order
Except as
otherwise specified by state law or Board policies pertaining to its own
operating procedures, the Board shall operate by the rules prescribed in Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised as
those rules can reasonably be applied to the conduct of the Board of Trustees’
business.
It shall be the
responsibility of the Board chairperson to utilize such rules when appropriate
to do so.

suspended by a two-thirds vote.
