Board Member Compensation/Expenses
Members of the
Board of Trustees shall receive no compensation for their services, but are
entitled to be reimbursed for necessary travel expenses incurred in the
exercise of their official duties at the rate authorized for state
employees. The Board also has the
authority to provide for the Board’s necessary expenses in the exercise of its
powers and duties.
A Board member
with a sensory impairment shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred
in obtaining necessary assistance to fulfill his or her duties as a member of
the Board.
