The Colorado FM Loan Bank

FM equipment may be checked out by any Colorado school district for a school year. This amplification system is to be used by a student who is deaf/hard of hearing. Equipment should be checked out by the audiologist for students with an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

In addition to those who have a mild to profound hearing loss, students identified with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) or Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) may also qualify to use an FM system from the loan bank.
