Post-Secondary Education/Training

 

• Intake process and creation of student plan for each student will occur during Junior/Senior year, or as soon as a commitment to the Transition Program is made;
• Students will demonstrate awareness of community resources/agencies that provide assistance in obtaining employment;
• All students will complete interest and abilities tests;
• Students interested in college will take the placement test within the first semester of the Transition Program;
• Students will utilize the service of other agencies as needed throughout the year.
