Transition to Life

• Each student will have an exit plan;
• Student will develop a portfolio reflecting skills and knowledge developed during the student's time in the Transition Program;
• Student will be placed in employment, internship, or post-secondary training program in their home environment prior to their departure from the CSDB Transition Program;
• Exit checklist will be developed;
• Data will be gathered on a yearly basis from students who have completed the CSDB Transition Program
• Data will be compared to national averages for students/adults who are deaf or blind for post-secondary education enrollment and unemployment;
• Data will show a growth in achievement of our former students.
