The campus is nestled on 34 acres at 6,115 feet below Pikes Peak, a 14,115-foot summit, offers a backdrop for learning and growth at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Founded in 1874, CSDB’s campus blends the charm of its 17 buildings, 12 of which are historical, with the accessibility and technology of a modern learning environment. CSDB facilities include academic buildings, residence halls, athletic fields, playgrounds, and community spaces. Students experience a safe, welcoming environment designed to foster both learning and independence.
