ASL and Braille are sovereign. Both generate power, presence, and growth.

Linguistic Power means that American Sign Language (ASL) and Braille are more than just ways to communicate, they are essential languages that give Deaf and Blind people the ability to fully learn, connect, and express themselves. At CSDB, we treat ASL and Braille as powerful tools for building confidence, gaining knowledge, and opening doors to opportunities. When students have full access to their own language, they can grow academically, socially, and personally.
