Students, in the School for the Blind Bulldog band and PRIDE band, produced their spring musical, “Cyrano’s Café.” It is an original modern take on the classic love story, “Cyrano de Bergerac.” The main character, Hercule Savinien Cyrano de Bergerac, is a soldier in the French Army. He is a strong-willed man with many talents. led man of many talents. He is a gifted fighter, but also a talented poet and musician. He lacks confidence because of his rather large nose. He hesitates expresses his love to Roxane because he believes his ugliness will prevent her from loving him.
