Healthy food at Adams Mountain Cafe
Students, in the Bridges to Life program, completed a Health and Nutrition theme, during the month of January. Every Monday and Friday morning, students interacted with guest speakers or participated in off-campus activities related to this theme. One of the activities involved a trip to Adams Mountain Café. The restaurant staff guided students in making several healthy, vegetarian recipes. The students were amazed at the finished products and enjoyed eating their creations.
