The Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind (CSDB), located in Colorado Springs at the foot of the beautiful Rocky Mountains, invites you to consider our employment opportunities.
As a 24-hour facility, the school utilizes a wide variety of staff positions. Job postings for Teaching and Professional / Special Services positions are accessible on the “Non-Classified Employment” page (link on right hand side). Interested persons are invited to follow the instructions in the official job announcement to apply on-line, and to upload the following items to the on-line application: a formal letter of interest, current resume, recent letters of recommendation (w/signature), copies of all transcripts, and a copy of Teacher Certification.
Possession of, or eligibility for educator licensure in the State of Colorado, with appropriate endorsement(s) is required. Information related to educator licensure in the State of Colorado can be found via this link.
CSDB employs support (classified) personnel in a variety of areas, including Para-professionals (classroom and residential), administrative support, facilities management/maintenance, accounting, dining services, nursing services, information technology services, etc. Interested persons are encouraged to visit the “Classified Employment” page (link on right-hand side) for additional information. Colorado residency is required.
